Testing & Transparency

Every batch, on the record — search yours by the lot number printed on your pack.

Radical transparency isn't a slogan here — it's a page. Below is our facility certification, a live-style batch lookup, what we actually test for, and how a sachet gets from raw ingredient to your door.

AA

BRCGS AA certified facility

Restore & Grow is manufactured in a facility holding a BRCGS AA certificate — the highest achievable grade under the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, the leading global benchmark for food and supplement manufacturing hygiene and quality control. This certification covers the facility; batch-level ingredient testing is separate and shown below.

A running record of recent production batches. Every batch that ships carries a "passed" result — nothing with a failed test is released for sale.

What we test for

Three categories, every batch

01

Identity & potency

Confirms each ingredient is what the label says it is, at the dose the label states — collagen source verification, creatine purity, and vitamin/mineral potency assays.

02

Contaminant screening

Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), and microbiological screening (yeast, mould, bacteria) against recognised safety thresholds.

03

Allergen & label accuracy

Verifies packaging and labelling match the tested formula exactly, including allergen declarations, before a batch is cleared for sale.

The process

From raw ingredient to your door

01

Ingredient sourcing

Each raw ingredient (bovine collagen, marine collagen, creatine monohydrate, B12, D3, vitamin C, CocoVital®) is sourced from named suppliers and accompanied by its own certificate of analysis before it enters production.

02

Manufacturing

Blended and sachet-filled in our BRCGS AA-certified facility, under batch-controlled conditions with full traceability back to raw ingredient lots.

03

Independent testing

A sample from every production batch is sent to an independent, accredited third-party lab for identity, potency and contaminant testing — not tested in-house, and not optional.

04

Release decision

A batch is only released for sale once its full test results have passed. Failed batches are not sold, under any circumstances.

05

Published, by lot number

The batch's Certificate of Analysis is published here, searchable against the lot number printed on your pack — before you ever need to ask for it.

Questions

About testing

Where do you test?

Every batch is sent to an independent, accredited third-party laboratory — not tested by us in-house. This page will name the specific lab once contracted and confirmed.

What happens if a batch fails?

It is not released for sale, in full or in part. There is no partial-pass threshold — every category (identity, potency, contaminants, allergens) has to pass for a batch to ship.

Is BRCGS AA the same as batch testing?

No — they're two different things, both published here. BRCGS AA certifies the manufacturing facility itself (hygiene, process control, food safety management). Batch testing verifies each individual production run's actual ingredient content and safety.

This page is a design/content mockup. Lot numbers, dates and the "independent lab" reference above are illustrative placeholders — real batch data, an accredited named laboratory, and downloadable COA files must be in place before this page is published.
