1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund & Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. Who we are

Bio Health Performance ("we," "us," "our") is a UK-registered company selling nutritional supplements, including our product Restore & Grow, via this website. Bio Health Performance Ltd, Companies House registration number 17106017. Registered office: The Grey House, 3 Broad Street, Stamford, PE9 1PG.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are formulated for adults; we don't sell to or knowingly market toward children. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before ordering or using our products.

4. Products and descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to describe our products, ingredients, and dosing accurately, including the distinction on our Science page between claims formally authorised under the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register and current academic research that isn't yet an approved claim. Occasional errors in pricing, description, or availability may occur; where they do, we'll notify you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders already placed. For subscriptions, the price in effect at the time of each delivery is the price charged, and we'll notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price.

6. Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you complete checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

7. Subscriptions

Restore & Grow is available as a recurring subscription or a one-off purchase. If you choose a subscription:

• Your first order is always the Flavour Collection (10 sachets each of Blueberry, Mango and Pomegranate). From your second delivery onward, you can switch your ongoing preference to a single flavour, or swap the exact contents of your next order, both from your account.
• You'll be charged automatically at the frequency shown at checkout (30 days by default) until you pause or cancel.
• You can pause (indefinitely or until a chosen date), skip a single delivery, or cancel entirely, at any time, with no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
• You can bring a delivery forward using "Get it now" instead of waiting for the scheduled date; doing so resets your billing cycle from the new date.
• Changes made after an order has already been processed for dispatch will apply from the following delivery, not the current one.

8. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide estimated delivery timeframes at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; we're not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

9. Returns and refunds

Full detail is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: you have a 14-day right to cancel unopened orders under UK distance-selling law, plus a 60-day results guarantee on your first order even once opened, subject to the conditions in that policy.

10. Refer a Friend program

Full terms are on our Refer a Friend page. In summary: referral links are for sharing with new customers only; rewards are credited once a referred order ships; and we reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards in cases of suspected abuse of the program.

11. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including fraudulent use of discount codes or the referral program.

All content on this site — including text, formula information, graphics, and the Bio Health Performance and Restore & Grow names and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or this website. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
